Yes — most of our owner clients live outside Ohio. We tour properties, underwrite deals, manage renovations, and run leasing and operations on your behalf. One point of contact for the entire investment cycle.

What does Meeks property management include?

Tenant placement and screening, lease execution, rent collection, 24/7 maintenance coordination, monthly owner statements with ACH disbursement, and regular property inspections. Renovations and brokerage are handled by the same team, in-house.

Are you a licensed general contractor?

Yes. Meeks Residential carries an in-house licensed GC team for renovations, turnover work, and value-add scopes — so the same team that rents your property also fixes and improves it, without third-party markups.

What is the Cleveland Lead-Safe Certificate?

Cleveland Chapter 365 requires most pre-1978 rental properties to obtain a Lead Safe Certificate. We coordinate inspection and remediation through our partner GuardPoint Group and maintain documentation in your owner file. Download the compliance guide for full details.
